Job Description:

Soliant isseeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Illinois. This is a full-time position, working 30-35 hours per week. As a BCBA, you will work closely with students, staff, and families to support and enhance the educational and behavioral development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct support and training to school staff.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized programs for students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
