Job Title: Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part Time

Location: Remote (Virtual)

Hours: Part-Time, 12-18 hours/week (flexible, with increased hours during IEP season, not exceeding 20 hours/week)

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Virtual OT to manage a caseload remotely. The ideal candidate will have prior virtual experience and be able to effectively navigate and facilitate virtual therapy sessions. You will collaborate with our onsite COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to ensure seamless support and implementation of therapy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with students, providing assessments, interventions, and follow-ups as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Utilize virtual tools and platforms to deliver high-quality therapy services.
• Collaborate with the onsite COTA to coordinate care and address any in-person needs.
• Adjust availability and caseload during IEP season as required, while maintaining a manageable workload.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in virtual therapy settings.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use virtual communication tools and therapy platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
