Caseload:1:1 Assignment and Classroom Caseloads
Hours: Full-Time Position

Personalized Support:
Provide individualized behavioral support services, ensuring each student receives tailored attention and assistance based on their unique needs.

Behavior Plan Implementation:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), utilizing effective strategies to foster student progress and development.

Collaborative Approach:
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent and effective interventions, creating a nurturing environment for student success.

Detailed Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioral data, facilitating informed decision-making and ongoing assessment of intervention efficacy.

Requirements:

• RBT Certification: Hold valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with verification on the BACB portal.
• Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children with special needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and in Social Emotional classrooms, is highly beneficial. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
