Data Product Owner - Customer Success
Contract - No Third Parties
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Remote – EST hours
Our client is seeking a contract Data Product Owner that has experience working with large data sets related to B2B activities. This person will be working closely with the Customer Success team and the Sales team to identify opportunities to increase customer base.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience creating, automating and delivering regular reports and dashboards
- Understanding of data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable format - Tableau and PowerBI preferred
- Strong background with SQL for querying and manipulation
- Understanding of ETL Process.
- Ability to conduct detailed analysis of KPIs to identify trends and patterns
- Strong communication skills
- Must have experience in a B2B environment with customer success data.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
