We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Scientist in San Francisco, California. In this role, you'll be working closely with our product, engineering, and business partners to understand product context and business requirements. Your focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing product data, and maintaining ETL pipelines for new product features.

Must Haves:

• Able to write complex SQL query and consolidate data from multiple sources
• Experience with ETL pipeline building for product data
• Experience interpreting results of A/B tests

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with at least 5 years in the field
• Able to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear data request
• Hypothesis driven problem solving skills
• Comfortable to work closely with cross-functional partners in a fast pace
• Strong communication skills to synthesize business insights from data
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and unblock oneself
• Familiarity with AWS Technologies and SQL
• Possess strong Analytical Reasoning, Analytical Skills, and Critical Thinking
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
