ProCare Therapy Benefits/Compensation:

• Starting hourly pay rate dependent upon Experience and Education as well as the school district's budget
• Full benefits for full-time employees
• Weekly pay throughout the entirety of the assignment as a W-2 Employee

Everyday Duties:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
• Work closely with students, providing individualized support and assistance as needed.

Interview Process:

• 15 minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative
• 30 Minute Zoominterviewwith the district (Interview prep sheet will be provided)
• Offers are normally 24-48 hours after interview
