As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Use logistics and warehouse management experience to streamline branch operations and improve workflow
- Manage inventory levels and oversee order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to build a high-performance team
- Set performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure staff are motivated and engaged
- Create and manage rotating schedules to ensure optimal branch coverage and productivity
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all staff
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years warehouse management experience
- Minimum of 3 years shipping and receiving experience
- Worked in a fast paced environment previously
- Previous experience with an RF Scanner

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
