Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities
- Provide skilled therapy services to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, and more
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Document client progress accurately and efficiently
