Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implement Compliance Strategies: Develop comprehensive compliance management systems that cover multiple regulatory areas.
- Collaborate with Banking Partners: Ensure compliance requirements are met by working closely with our partner banks.
- Conduct Compliance Assessments: Lead and execute compliance reviews with relevant staff to maintain regulatory standards.
- Special Projects: Partner with senior leadership on various compliance-related initiatives and special projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years in financial compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
