We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As a part of our team, you'll be working in the tech industry, specifically focusing on backend development and content management systems. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Umbraco, C#, .NET, and Web API.

• Collaborate with the UX and frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic.

• Use Web APIs and Render Controllers to pull data from different systems.

• Display the pulled data in a read-only format for the Umbraco 13 application.

• Ensure the HTML provided by the UX and front end team is accurately filled with the necessary data.

• Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software.

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to application programming, API management, and system configuration.

• Utilize your skills in C#, Web API, and other backend development technologies to improve and optimize our web applications.

• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems.

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand the requirements and propose solutions that serve business needs

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in web development

• Proficiency in backend development is required

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically Umbraco, is needed

• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology is essential

• Proficiency in API development

• Must have substantial experience in ASP.NET

• Experience in C# is necessary

• Familiarity with Web API is expected

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines

• Must have a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
