Bishop & Co. is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Honolulu-based client’s FP&A team.
In this role, you'll be key in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting to support business initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and resource optimization.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, strategic planning, and management reporting.
**This is a hybrid role in Honolulu open to current or prior Hawaii state residents**

Pay: $94,000-$121,000 annual salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 7+ years in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial software.
