Media Sales Development Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Sales Development Manager to join our client’s team in the Dallas metro area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to large consumer brands and agencies, with expertise in identifying opportunities and closing complex deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to generate revenue through new business and a strong background in digital ads, media sales, and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy.
• Conduct prospect outreach and cold calls to generate new business leads.
• Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate deals and manage contract processes to close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client projects.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in selling to large consumer brands and agencies.
• Expertise in identifying opportunities and closing complex deals.
• Proven ability to generate revenue through new business development.
• Background in digital ad sales, media sales, and sponsorships.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 with uncapped commission
