We are in search of a Senior UX Product Designer to join our B2B eCommerce client for 6 months, 40hr/wk, fully remote. You will be working on their mobile app and responsible for leading the design of complex user experiences and interfaces, ensuring that the product is intuitive, functional, and visually appealing. This role is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of user experiences and interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing.

• Engage in the end-to-end design process from research and ideation through to prototyping and testing.

• Utilize design thinking methodologies to generate and explore innovative ideas.

• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and engineers to prototype design concepts and features.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions and align with user needs.

• Validate design solutions through user testing and research.

• Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the design output.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in UX design and technology.

• Identify emerging technologies, services, and spaces that can enhance the user experience across our digital product portfolio.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business and customer needs, leveraging data and analytics to inform design decisions.

• Work closely with UX Engineers, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to implement versatile solutions to design challenges.

• Contribute to the development of a design system that ensures consistency across our products and enables scalability.

• Help shape our design standards to maintain consistency across product development.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design or related field

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Confluence, JIRA

• Familiarity with Android Development is required

• Experience in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Strong knowledge in CSS and Design controls

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX design work

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of the latest UX design trends and techniques
