We are in the process of recruiting a Software Engineering Manager in the insurance industry, based in Sarasota, Florida. This role involves leading a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of applications, with a focus on .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL, and API integration.

Responsibilities:

• Heading a team of software engineers to develop and maintain applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC

• Overseeing database management using Microsoft SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy

• Facilitating seamless API integration to enhance software functionality

• Utilizing .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC Framework for software development

• Leveraging skills in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL for database management

• Implementing JSON for data structuring to ensure efficient data exchange

• Ensuring high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures

• Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the software development process

• Employing REST API for API Development to improve application interoperability

• Guiding the team and providing technical leadership to foster innovation and efficiency

• Proven experience in managing software engineering teams

• Familiarity with the insurance industry and related business processes

• Proficiency in API development

• Expertise in .NET and .NET Core technologies

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC Framework

• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL databases

• Ability to work with JSON data formats

• Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs
