BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Development in Raleigh, NC 27609
Position Title: ServiceNow Development / Administration
Location: Raleigh, NC 27609
Shift Timing: Mon Friday 40.00 Hours Per Week
Anticipated start date: 1-2 Weeks
Duration: 9 Months contract and the possibility to be extended the contract.
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $62.00 on W2
Job Description:
This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it.
This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service ManagementCSM application and IT Service Management ITSM application projects using ServiceNow.
The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs.
Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.
Experience required:
- Experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions Scheduled Jobs
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications
and reporting.
- Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC process Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with IT Service Management ITSM or Customer Service Management CSM
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST SOAP and other APIs
Skill
Experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs
Ability to estimate software development efforts
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
