We are offering an opportunity for a Lead Engineer to join our team in the Legal industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is focused on designing, architecting, and implementing technical solutions to address business needs. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with the IT Architecture team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement technical solutions to address business needs.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using modern programming languages such as Python.
• Collaborate with the IT Architecture team to design and optimize build pipelines and workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement technical standards in collaboration with IT Architecture.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, standards, and guidelines for team applications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Maintain a focus on time management and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, Business Logic, Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Ajax, API Development, and ASP.NET.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to recruit and utilize busy but interested subject matter experts.
• Excellent understanding of system administration and management functions.
