Description:
TEKsystems is hiring for several Technical Support Analyst's to provide level 1 technical support. This person will support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connection issues for internal users. This includes Windows 10/11, Office 365, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and corporate applications. Support will be provided via phone and chat, utilizing remote access for troubleshooting.
This person will take on average of 25 calls & chats as a single point of contact for technical issues and questions.
A variety of shifts are being offered for this position including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, including weekdays and weekends. Preferred shifts will be taken into account.
Other Details:
This position will sit onsite in Franklin, WI for 5 weeks working on 1st shift before transitioning to your assigned shift. This role will transition to hybrid following the 5 week training period.
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Experience using and supporting MS Office and Outlook is recommended.
Advanced knowledge in computer, mobile device hardware, and software troubleshooting including proficiency in using software support tools.
