We are seeking an Application Analyst to join our team in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functionality of supported applications, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a pivotal role within our organization that involves a blend of application implementation, configuration, documentation, and training responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of supported applications and their functionalities.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer support issues, providing effective troubleshooting and resolution.

• Implement and configure applications to align with organizational needs.

• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of applications.

• Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and address any system issues.

• Manage support tickets and provide timely updates on the status and resolution of issues.

• Participate in project work related to system upgrades and new functionalities, including work outside normal hours if needed.

• Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to support and enhance application performance.

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Active Directory, Agile Scrum, Backup Technologies, Business Requirement Document, eClinicalWorks, EMR - Electronic Medical Records, and Data Analysis Tools for application support.

• Must hold at least 2 years of experience in the role of Application Analyst or similar.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies is essential.

• Experience in Database management and EO/IR systems is required.

• Knowledge and practical application of AB Testing and Active Directory is a must.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and Backup Technologies is needed.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Document is important.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is desirable.

• Proficiency in using Data Analysis Tools is a plus.

• Expertise in providing Application Support is required.
