We are seeking a talented Creative Services Manager to join our client remotely in Northeast OH. The role is remote but requires candidates to be located in Northeast OH.
As a Creative Operations/Services Manager, you'll manage and oversee Creative Services projects from planning through delivery. Your responsibilities include:
Project Management
- Coordinate and schedule projects, including large-scale campaigns and smaller initiatives.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings, develop workflows, and use project management tools for task assignment and timeline structuring.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Maintain branded templates, manage creative materials for events, and track project metrics.
Relationship Management & Communication
- Lead stakeholder meetings and collaborate with teams to ensure project success.
- Communicate project details, negotiate timelines, and manage vendor relationships.
- Address project issues promptly to avoid delays.
Resource Management & Creative Services Operations
- Adjust resources based on workload and key metrics.
- Improve Creative Services processes and manage invoices and custom ordering sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years in marketing, project management, or production.
- Proficient in design & production processes, web-based project tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
