LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in NW Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Handle AP functions including GL coding, processing (using PO matching), performing vendor statement reconciliations, weekly check runs, and vendor maintenance
- Research and resolve any invoice issues
- Reconcile aging report
Experience
- Minimum of one to two years of accounts payable experience required
Skills/Knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook required
- Proficiency using accounting software required
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Education
- Associate degree in Accounting required
Work Hours/Pay Rate
- Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
- $20/hr.
