Immediate need for Deputy Director, HR Program for global tech firm. As the industry continues to grow and make a huge impact in the AI new era, we are seeking an experienced and driven HR professional to lead the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and Talent Acquisition initiatives within our organization. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, North America, The Deputy Director, HR Program will work closely with senior leadership and other departmental managers to ensure alignment and successful execution of key HR programs in digital transformation and talent engagement areas. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement programs, talent management programs, and other HR initiatives to attract, retain and develop top talent. Develop and implement
change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects. Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in HR program management and implement these practices within the organization. Facilitate communication and engagement with employees to ensure understanding and buy-in for change initiatives. Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of HR programs and Talent Acquisition initiatives. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR program management and recruiting, including leadership and team management roles. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience on developing and implementing employee engagement, talent management and talent acquisition programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
