Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Remote (Tennessee)
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Pay: $40+/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services through virtual platforms.
• Monitor and document students' progress toward therapy goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' speech and language development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, preferably in a virtual environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
