Position: Distance Learning Special Education Teacher
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized online instruction to students with behavioral and emotional needs
Develop and implement virtual behavior intervention plans
Create and manage digital social skills curricula
Conduct functional behavior assessments in an online environment
Collaborate with families and staff on positive behavior support strategies
Train students and families in the use of adaptive technologies
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and staff development sessions

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education with focus on behavioral interventions
Valid teaching license with special education and behavioral specialist endorsements
3+ years of experience working with students with behavioral challenges
Proficiency in online behavior management techniques and tools
Strong munication and interpersonal skills
Ability to de-escalate conflicts in a virtual setting
Patience, empathy, and a mitment to student success
