Closed Door Pharmacy Director
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacy Director in our CLOSED DOOR FACILITY with a prestigious Healthcare company in Ventura, CA.

Pay Details: $75.00/hr. - $80.00/hr. + 20% Annual Bonus

Company DescriptionHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacy Director in our CLOSED DOOR FACILITY with a prestigious Healthcare company in Ventura, CA.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of 8 employees
- Oversees the mixing, packaging, and labeling of medications, including IV medication orders
- Manages costs, team, compliance, and customer relations
- Oversees staffing, inventory, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of California.
- Leadership and management experience in pharmacy settings.
- Strong business and financial acumen with in-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations and performance management.
- Experienced in managing budgets with proven P&L responsibility

Shift: Exempt level - flexible to be there when the team needs them - always on call.
Monday - Friday
Weekends/Holidays - as needed
