The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

Health Equity Specialist Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $64.691 - $80,863 DOE

This position focuses on promoting health equity and reducing disparities in accessing mental health services at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH). It’s a unique opportunity to contribute to initiatives prioritizing equitable care access. This position will collaborate with our teams, community partners, and stakeholders, the Health Equity specialist will identify, address, and monitor disparities. This position helps to foster a more inclusive and culturally competent healthcare environment, ultimately influencing how KBBH delivers services and how clients access them.
