Practice Setting:

• 40-bed freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facility constructed in 2021
• Oversee a team of 5 other physicians, ICU-trained nursing staff, and an expert team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists
• 2 ISO suites, 2 Bariatric suites, an ADL suite, dialysis on-site, a centralized nurses station, a state-of-the-art therapy gym, an outside courtyard, and a therapy garden

Compensation:

• 
  
• Competitive base guarantee between $250,000 - $280,000 for 1 year
• Retain 100% of your billing and collections, expected to exceed $400,000 first year
• Additional pay for administrative work, 80 hours a month
