• Specialty: 4 Towers ICU ICU, MICU & CCU
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, KY License
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: All ICU or PCU units

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 24
• Patient Ratios: 2:1; rarely 3:1 for a short period of time
• Equipment: SWAN, IMPELLA, IABP, ARTIC SUN, ZOLL IVTM, EKOS, CADD, Alaris IV Pumps, Peritoneal dialysis, Prismax
• EMR: Cerner

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience & Cardiac ICU, experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Additional Cardiac pumps swan, balloon & CRRT
• Type of Patients on Unit: Medical & Cardiac ICU patients
• Personality Fit: Humble, energetic, passionate, adaptable, team player, and willing to be a resource to other nurses
