Salary: $32-46/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Continuously observe and assess patients' cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and overall condition.

· Administer medications, manage intravenous therapies, and provide high-quality, individualized patient care.

· Analyze cardiac data to identify potential issues and respond to changes in patient conditions.

· Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.

· Inform patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatments, and recovery strategies.

· Accurately record patient data, care interventions, and responses to ensure comprehensive care.

· Act swiftly and effectively in emergencies, utilizing advanced life support techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

· Active RN license in Ohio or compact license.

· Prior experience in cardiac or ICU nursing preferred.

· Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities, with a focus on managing complex cardiac conditions.
