Insight Global is looking to bring on a Clinical Manager to their client's team in the St. Louis area! The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing & developing the ambulatory surgery center's clinical departments through key tasks such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, & supervision. A Clinical Manager should be able to solve problems quickly & effectively using excellent critical thinking skills with emotional intelligence to deal with staff at all levels within the organization. The Clinical Manager will report directly to the ASC Administrator & will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop & revise policies & evaluate staff performance. This facility is a multispecialty facility, Plastics, General Surgery, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, Spine, Total Joints, and Urology. This facility has 4 ORs and 2 treatment rooms that run full time 5 days a week.
