About the Role:

ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a full-time Occupational Therapist position in North Springfield, OR, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves providing essential therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of needs within an onsite school setting.

Your Impact:

• Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Setting: Onsite, serving K-12 students
• Caseload: Manage a diverse caseload with general OT duties
• Focus: Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to enhance students' functional skills and overall development

What You'll Do:

• Assess and Plan: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Intervene and Support: Provide direct therapy and coordinate additional support as needed.
• Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational plans.
• Monitor and Adjust: Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Engage: Offer engaging and effective therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensure: Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
• Experience: Experience in K-12 settings preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
