Confluence Health is seeking Scrub or Surgical Techs to join our OR Teams in Wenatchee, WA. You will play a crucial role ensuring patients receive the surgeries they need in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Work as a supportive, cooperative member of the OR team at the highest level of the Surgical Technologist Licensure.
• Greet and interact with all visitors, clients, families, and co-workers with empathy and as a representative of Confluence Health.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPPA to the highest standards.
• Learn surgical procedures and subjects relating to operating room/ surgical patients.
• Follows appropriate procedure for obtaining, returning, cleaning, and disposing of surgical supplies and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
