**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time School Physical Therapist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Griswold, CT. As a member of our dynamic educational team, you will work with students to assess and provide therapeutic interventions to support their educational goals. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with educators and parents to ensure each student achieves their fullest potential.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to support students' academic success and participation in school activities.
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and external agencies to support students' overall development and well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services provided and student progress.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Physical Therapy.
- Current Connecticut state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.

**Schedule:** Part-time, 15hours per week.
