Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to individuals of all ages. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' occupational therapy needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to improve patients' independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in NY.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
