Now Hiring: School-Based Certified Nursing Assistant for 2024-2025 School Year

Location:Chula Vista, CA

Company: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a school district near Chula Vista, CAfor the new school year 2024-2025.

Compensation: 32+/per hour

Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 8:00am - 11:30am

Details:

• Preschool female student
• Trach management/suctioning
• School Nurse on site for supervision

Responsibilities:

• Assist school nurses in providing basic healthcare services to students under their supervision.
• Help with health screenings, assessments, and maintaining health records for students.
• Assist students with activities of daily living, including toileting, grooming, and feeding.
• Escort students to medical appointments within the school or as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
