Kettering Health is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our esteemed healthcare team across multiple units and shifts. Locations Hiring: Dayton, Kettering, Miamisburg, Beavercreek, Hamilton, Centerville
Shifts: Full and Part time available, Days and Nights available.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on individual patient needs.
- Monitoring patient condition and responding promptly to changes in status.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educating patients and families on disease prevention and health management strategies.
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- ADN minimum: BSN preferred, tuition assistance available to complete BSN within 5 years of date of hire for full and part time employees.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred for some units; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with healthcare teams.
