Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position will be based across two specific elementary school sites in California, where you will be working with a new counseling-enriched program being implemented. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking educational initiative designed to support student success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other staff to support the new counseling-enriched program.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Conduct assessments and implement strategies to improve student behavior and academic outes.
• Serve as a resource for staff training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent munication and teamwork skills.
