Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position will be based across two specific elementary school sites in California, where you will be working with a new counseling-enriched program being implemented. Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other staff to support the new counseling-enriched program.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Conduct assessments and implement strategies to improve student behavior and academic outes.
- Serve as a resource for staff training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent munication and teamwork skills.
