HumanEdge is looking to hire a Med Surg Tele Registered Nurse to work in a hospital in Central Connecticut.

M/S Telemetry Registered Nurse – 13 week contract with possibility to extend. Shift: 12 hour nightshift. Local and Travel candidates are welcome to apply. This unit is a diverse population of medical diagnosis, including stroke, dialysis and complex cardiopulmonary diagnosis.

The MS/Telemetry Nurse provides care and constant monitoring of patients, recovering from illness, surgery and often in critical condition. Will float through the various units of Med/Surg with the possibility of caring for those on telemetry units caring for a variety of patients including those suffering from heart failure, diabetes, GI diseases, and other acute diagnoses.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

1-2 years acute hospital experience

telemetry skills

EPIC experience

CT RN license (or pending)

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

NIHSS a plus

proof of right to work in the United States

English
