Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team full-time in Kearney, NJ. Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with teachers and parents to foster academic success.
• Regularly track and report on treatment progress and outes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and strategize student support.
• Educate family members and educational staff on how to support munication skills outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar field.
• Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent munication.
