Fully Virtual Speech Language Pathologist position (SLP)
Location: remote - Wyoming based
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an integral member of our healthcare team, the SLP will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and administering therapy to individuals across various age groups. Collaboration with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and patient progress will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Wyoming state license (or eligible for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
