Description:

We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to become a part of our team for the 2024-25 school year. The SLP will manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students, delivering comprehensive speech and language services. The ideal candidate will be committed to aiding students in overcoming communication challenges and achieving their full academic potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
• Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
• Accurately monitor and document student progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights on students' speech and language needs.
• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC certification from ASHA.
• Valid Maryland license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and meet deadlines.
