Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a school setting, providing essential occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and needs within the school environment.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students' academic and functional success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
• Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
