Description: Soliant is currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to clients across various age groups.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the speech-language pathologist in conducting assessments and screenings.
• Implement therapy plans and activities designed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and session notes.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop prehensive treatment plans.
• municate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and techniques in speech-language therapy.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
• Valid state license or certification as an SLPA.
• Previous experience working in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passion for helping individuals improve their munication skills.
