Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drawing patient samples (blood), properly processing the samples, and then properly packaging the samples, most likely 15-25 times per day.
- Communicate with clinic staff daily to organize and schedule blood draws, as well as schedule the pick-ups/shipping of the samples to the medical testing site in Novi/Farmington.
- Float candidates must be able to commute throughout multiple offices where help is needed. Mileage will be expensed. Travel throughout Metro Detroit is required, including areas as far east as Rochester and Shelby, south to Downriver, and west to Canton.
- Flexibility is required as the schedule could change in the morning.
Float throughout Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties.
Hours range from 7 am - 6 pm, sometimes later; however, they will not work more than 8 hours a day. If they start early, they finish early; if they start late, they finish late.

Work EnvironmentTeam wears Navy Blue Scrubs. About 15 people onsite in Farmington; however, at individual offsite locations, there can be anywhere from 0-2 other employees. When working offsite, you could be with a team of 0-3 people depending on the location.
