Responsibilities:

• Assist SLPs with instruction and supervision of students during therapy sessions
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
• Assist with classroom management and behavior intervention
• Collaborate with educational team to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students with special needs in inclusive settings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• State-specific paraprofessional certification or willingness to obtain
