This contract-to-hire position involves key responsibilities such as patient check-out, handling delivery paperwork, collecting co-pays, and following up on authorizations. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, checking emails, and managing RightFax referrals.
Core Duties:
Assist patients with check-out and ensure all delivery paperwork is signed.
Collect co-pays and manage authorization follow-ups.
Schedule next appointments for patients.
Handle phone calls, emails, and RightFax referrals.
Provide support to a team of clinicians, ensuring smooth office operations.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of prior healthcare administrative experience
Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
About the Team:
You will be joining a well-established office with 3 full-time and 1 part-time clinician. This position is crucial as we look to add a third Office Assistant to our team. The current Admins have been with us for over six years and enjoy a positive and supportive work environment, so we are looking for someone who can fit in well and contribute to this dynamic.
