Job Description:

• Full-Time (32.5+ hours)
  • Onsite, Monday-Friday
  • 2024- 2025 school year
• Working with students to improve their education, behavior, and decision making.
• Assisting special education teachers with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Implement behavior management techniques and support students in developing appropriate social skills and behaviors.
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student learning goals.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the supervising teacher or team members.
• CPI or Right Response Training preferred

Qualifications:

• Background Check
• Prior experience preferred
• Must have Ohio ID number/Aide license
