Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)

Setting: School-based
Contract Type: Hourly through Soliant Education
Duration: Full Year

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' progress and integrate therapy into their educational experience.
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain prehensive records.
• Engage in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to educational planning.

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Connecticut PT license or eligibility.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong munication and teamwork skills.
• Dedication to working with children and supporting their development.
