We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse RN Supervisor interested in joining our Developmental Services team at our Philadelphia, PA location.

The Registered Nurse RN Supervisor evaluates, monitors and coordinates health care functions to assure consistency and regulatory compliance in service delivery. The Nurse Manager promotes quality of healthcare by enforcing adherence to nursing best practices, measuring health outcomes against standards and making or recommending adjustments.
Some of the Registered Nurse RN Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Supervise a team of highly qualified and dedicated RNs’.
- Evaluate, monitor and coordinate health care functions for participants across the division.
- Participate in the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to ensure that all team members of aware of all medical conditions or concerns.
- Maintains and shares knowledge of federal and state healthcare reform.
- Develops, implements and reviews systems to ensure quality and cost effect of operations affecting primary and behavioral health care if all participants with developmentally disability.
- Development of policies and procedures relevant to the provision of medical services as needed and requested. Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to nursing staff. Monitor practice for effective implementation.
- Ensures that all medical records are kept up to date and meet regulatory standards. Reviews nursing notes and other medical documentation to ensure it completed in an accurate and professional manner.
- Develop plans of care and health promotional activity plans to address diagnosis.
Key Qualifications:
- PA Licensed Professional Registered Nurse with current license in good standing and bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years Nursing supervisory experience. 3-5 years nursing experience in the care of persons with Intellectual and development disabilities.
- Knowledge of intellectual and/or developmental disabilities system and services.
- Valid Driver's License & Ability to travel to and access multiple locations throughout the southeast region.
