Position Overview:
RPh on the Go is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician for a 12-week temporary role on the 2nd shift, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, at a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Knoxville, TN. This role involves standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Weekends: Rotating weekends required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications with precision.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Oversee medication inventory and ensure correct storage practices.
- Provide outstanding service to patients and medical staff.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician is essential.
- Experience in Long-Term Care settings is an advantage.
- Must have a valid Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and working efficiently in a busy setting.
