Requirements:

• Hold a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Possess state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working with diverse populations preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical limitations and functional abilities
• Develop customized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams for prehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
